Low Fat Wednesday: Protein Power

Easy, fast and packed with protein (especially good for those who work out): Tuna, Cottage Cheese and Edamame. I know, it sounds gross - but it's really not. Here's the deets:


Mix together:
1 can a tuna
1/2 cup of low-fat cottage cheese
The cottage cheese replaces any mayo or miracle whip you'd usually use.
Mix in 1/4 cub of Edamame
Makes 2-3 servings.

I added the protein mixture to a toasted half of a Sandwich Thin
(a couple weeks ago I posted all about this bread)
