Still Loving my Anthro Striped Bubble Skirt

Lowering my CPW (cost-per-wear) every time I wear my mini-splurge a few months ago, the Aniseed Skirt from Anthro.

Worn last time with a polka-dot cardi and this time with a more simple styled look:

Forever 21 Tank with mesh/swiss dot neckline and ruffle sleeves

Layered with a hot pink cardi for a pop of color!
